Glencraft has been handcrafting luxury mattresses in Aberdeen since 1843. As a not for profit social enterprise and Royal Warrant holder, every order we produce sustains meaningful employment and training for people who might otherwise face barriers to work.
We are now recruiting a Sales and Customer Services Executive. This is a key role at the heart of our organisation, connecting our customers to our workshop. Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing enquiries and orders accurately across our CRM (HubSpot) and e commerce platform (WooCommerce).
• Providing excellent service to individual customers, hotels, and trade partners.
• Supporting our Aberdeen showroom and stock presentation.
• Following up with customers after delivery, building loyalty and repeat business.
• Assisting the BD Manager with customer insights and market research.
• Working closely with colleagues across production, marketing, and BD to deliver a seamless customer experience.
We are looking for someone who brings:
• Experience in customer service, sales, or operational support (luxury retail or hospitality an advantage).
• Organisational discipline, accuracy, and confidence with systems. • Strong communication skills and a warm, professional manner.
• An interest in working for a purpose led Aberdeen business.
Why join Glencraft?
• Be part of a company with over 180 years of heritage and global recognition.
• Represent a Royal Warrant holder and Queen’s Award winner.
• Contribute to a business that combines luxury with social impact.
• Enjoy training, support, and opportunities for development.
• Join a small, close knit team where your work makes a visible difference.
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. This is an office-based role in Aberdeen. Applicants should live within a reasonable commuting distance of our office and showroom.

This is an opportunity to contribute to a business that blends luxury with purpose, sustaining a historic enterprise that transforms lives through meaningful employment. If you are passionate about business, social impact and sustainability, we invite you to help shape the next chapter of Glencraft’s legacy.
